Daab Water With Sabja Seeds (Serves 1)

Ingredients:

1 daab
1 tsp sabja or basil seeds
3-4 mint leaves

Method:

1. Make a hole in the centre of the daab and take out it’s water. Sieve it.

2. Fill 3/4 portion of a glass with daab water.

3. Take 3-4 mint leaves. Wash them. Put them in the glass containing the daab water.

4. Cover the glass and put it in the refrigerator.

6. Soak the sabja seeds in 3/4 glass of water for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Sieve them.

7. Take out the daab water glass from the refrigerator and add the sabja seeds into it, using a spoon.

8. The summer coolant is ready to drink.

Note: Soaked and sieved sabja seeds can also be consumed with bel sharbat, rose sharbat, khus sharbat etc.
