A tasty and thirst quenching summer coolant.

Pudina Chaach (Serves 2)


1 cup fresh curd
1 cup chilled water
1/3 cup mint/pudina leaves finely chopped
1 small green chilli finely chopped
1/4 tsp rock salt
1/3 tsp salt
1/4 tsp saunth/dry ginger powder
3/4 tsp roasted cumin powder


1. Keep aside 2 mint leaves.

2. Pour everything else in a blender and churn for few seconds, till it’s a homogeneous mixture.

3. Pour in two tall glasses.

4. Garnish on top with mint leaves.

5. Serve immediately.
